Meet Cindy!

In late March, Cindy visited Cable Dahmer Cadillac Topeka in Topeka, KS, and joined forces with Marty, one of our salespeople, to find a new Cadillac. After searching for a couple weeks, they found the perfect 2021 Cadillac XT4 and Cindy drove off in her new vehicle.

About a week later, Cindy was on her way to Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City, KS, when she heard a large pop and the rear tire pressure started dropping. Luckily, Cindy was close to the store and she pulled into the parking lot. She called Marty to see what the tire pressure is supposed to be and to tell him what happened. It was getting late on a Friday night so most service shops were closing for the night. Cindy found out she’d have to wait until the morning to get her Cadillac towed into a shop in Kansas City. She called Marty to give him an update and Marty jumped in to help.

Marty and Chris, one of our sales managers, tracked down a spare tire that fit Cindy’s Cadillac and Marty headed to Kansas City with the spare in tow. As Cindy finished up shopping, Marty replaced the damaged tire in the parking lot and packed up the flat into his vehicle to take in to our service department the next morning. Cindy headed back home to Topeka with Marty following to make sure nothing else happened.

The next day, our service team found a new tire to replace the spare and ordered it for Cindy. Within a few days, the tire came in and Cindy’s Cadillac was back to brand new.

It was an eventful Friday night and we’re honored that Cindy could count on Marty and Cable Dahmer Cadillac Topeka to help out. We’re grateful to have such an awesome team and that Cindy was willing to share her story.
